I Can't Receive My SR card

hi guys as u can see there is a revamp in pvp . So it says 30 win for 1 SR card . And i get 30 win today but i cant see where to receive it . Any one knows how to receive it guys ?

I was wondering this myself. I have 100 ranked wins and I got the ticket in the box, but have not gotten the sr ticket for 30 ranked duel wins since the campaign started. Wish they would be a little more clear

It seems duel links does not like you. You will probably not receive it ever.

Or you can read the hundreds of responses from the same repeated question (yours).

You can only redeem your reward when the current season ends. For proof, look in your items in profile.
