KOG gems?

I did not receive any gems for my rank up to KOG for May 2019. I have heard that the same thing has happened to other players, too. Is there some glitch that isn't being fixed or has KONAMI just decided to not give them out anymore for getting KOG? If anyone knows anything about why this happened, please let me know.
