Remember folks, converting UR from boxes is more priority than converting UR from started decks.

You can either farm Jaden Yuki until you get the card you need OR you can play against Jaden Yuki (lvl 30 or 40) and use the spell card "Exchange" to take the card from his hand and use it. Do whatever floats your boat.
Or you can play with a friend that has it. Then when he has it in his hand tell him to inform you so you can EXCHANGE and use it.
Next time, be a collector and don't sell any card unless you have more than 3. So that you don't get into a situation like this one.
