What is the in game time limit for a duel (total time)?

I know recent random time limit failures are server related, but it does remind me that the normal duel time limit isn't documented. What is it? Also, what are the criteria Duel Links uses to determine a winner when total duel time is called? Is it just higher LP at the time over?

in my 18 turn in a gap to win i lose by time limit what the @@@???

Pvp has time counter that is not resetting each turn and i have to hurry or after 15 or 18 turns have time run out and lose.

Each turn is limited to 3 or 4 minutes. Other than that, it depends on the number of cards in your deck.
