when i want to convert the card in card studio..it nerf.the related card can be convert.but if card not related other card.i cannot convert that card.solution

I can't seem to convert my cards either. Where it used to give the option to either convert cards or view related cards, now the whole thing is taken up by just 'view related cards' option.
I know I don't have these cards in a deck and I am wanting to convert them but I am not getting the option anywhere and I've tried everything I can think of. Someone please help.

You can't convert a card if it's in one of your decks
