I was playing as Rex trying to get titan showdown. I burned through all my blue and green keys on Tea and Weevil and never saw it(around 800 keys each). Then a lvl 20 Mako pops up in the duel world and I get the skill with a score of only 4000. RNG? Or maybe different lvl LD's drop different skills. Where are the data miners at to answer this?

I thought the same, was going for destiny draw, to farm bakura. Took me 4 in days of grinding away ld duelist (use a enhanced cerebus, normally get 8k+). I used up all my keys (over 1k each) for Tea, Odion, Weevil with no luck. Was going to try to farm bakura with keldo and draw sense earth, but found it requires 2 cards in the graveyard. I took a break from bakura and when I just had enough keys for 1 duel with Tea at level 40, I finally got it. (during that grind, I must of gotten about 8 other skills-mostly repeats). so my advice, stick to it, and duel at level 40

If you get a skill you already have, the game gives you gems instead. This could be a reason, or you are just unlucky.
