Skill drops chance

What are the chances of a skill dropping vs a lv 30 opponent? I want Tea's Duel Standby skill.

Also,what are the chances of Joey dropping Hinotama? And does the Cerberus deck work on him at LV 30? I didn't unlock lv 40 gate yet.

took me about 10 mil points in pegasus event to get my duel standby.

Against lvl 30: once everry 20 duels maybe?

Against lvl 40: about once every 3 duels. Do note that it may still takes ages to get a skill you want: I got about 10 skills and about 50 duplicates before I finally got Pegasus's "It's a Toon World"-skill.

Save your keys untill you unlock lvl 40 LD
Your best bet now is just to fight any LD that spawn in duel world with Tea, just use a regular beatdown deck, or farm pegasus now with tea
I never farm lvl 30 joey,but for lvl 40 cerberus do work, as long as you include eatgaboon and abyssal designator
