It's immune to spells and monster effects nd can't targeted for attacks while umi (or ALO) is on the field. Sure there are other cards that outclass him but calling him crap is hardly fair
It's name is treated as the legendary fisherman so I made the mistake of thinking that this guy would also inherit his effects, turns out I was wrong (oops)
