It's me again. Can i even unlock joey dsod even if the event is finished? Net says i can only get him through the event that was already finished. Thanks again for all the help.

not now. they will likely do the event again and at some point make him unlockable normally.

He'll get another event at a later date then come to the gate. So it's just a waiting game.
