Just set any quick-play spells or traps that can increase your monster's ATK or decrease DEF of your opponent's monster and wait for their attack mate.
You can also use any effect damage that is activated during opponent's turn.
I duel lv10 opponent at the gate using Lava Golem + anything with 3100 or more ATK.
Lava Golem can't defeat anything with 3100+ ATK in battle, and Lv10 opponents generally don't have anything to get rid of Lava Golem, so you can just stall until Lava Golem finishes your opponent off.
