You can, actually. But it's kinda complicated and likely requires more than one turn.

1. Summon Gagaga Head without using its effect (since it would be level 4 if you summon it using its effect)

2. Summon Zubababancho Gagaga Coat

3. Summon Gagaga Sister, use Sister's level change effect on herself and Coat

Now you have 3 Level 6.

Oh wait, nevermind, there's an easier way to make 3 Level 6, in one turn even.

1. Normal Summon Utopic Onomatopeia

2. Use its effect to Special Summon Gagaga Sister and Dododo Driver from your hand

3. Use Dododo Driver's own effect to make itself Level 6, then use Sister's effect to make herself and Utopic Onomat Level 6.

There you go, 3 Level 6 in one turn.
