You're an absolute 🔥tard dude. People who use electro, intentionally use defensive backrow such as SRH, Mirror Wall,e-con, windstorm, WoD to protect it because they already know the other player wants to destroy it.
summon a stronger monster and attack it while activating anti-magic arrows as a quick play during the start of the battle step.
It gets the opponent by surprise and they won't be able to activate any defensive traps/spells in response to it.
