Not if you were playing an actual Light/Twilightsworn deck, but surely anyone can see why it happened.

I still think Charge/Holiday should be 3-Lim, but better than them being free.

Look at the top of banlist page CAREFULLY and you will see:
"Updates Information
Witchcrafter Holiday is added to the Limited 3 List."
