This deck works really really well for Lvl 30 - I have gotten over 2.5M using it very casual play! I run 3 GDG instead of cat of ill omen and run 3 backup soldiers (21 card deck) so It doesn't end up as last card or exchange on petit dragon doesn't stop the 10k. Not 100% consistent but I'm at an 80% win rate (some times exchange can mess it up) and should hit 4M easily. Always over 7k win.
The first card is susa soldier, SR card from valkeries rage pack. Its not a staple card for the deck but really good to counter exchange card as he will always pick it unless you have a tribute and usually set it in def or if he does attack you get it back as it is a spirit monster. Second card is spirit ryu, R card from Flame of tyrant pack (easy to get) You NEED this card to get 10k atk!
This deck is a winner, guys. It does have its shortcomings since there is really no room for error, but you can hit 7k-8k very easily (and I've gotten all the cards I wanted). I hit the 4 million mark today with this deck, even without Susa (don't have one). I used a Hunter 7, but switched to a glossy Dai Grepher for more points, and I has a prismatic Poly instead of a DM.
Tips about this deck: Don't flood the field early. One dino is all you need on the field at the start. Keep one in your hand to counter exchange (always picks highest ATK, won't pick ryu). Don't use Cat as a shield! Pick Earl in exchange if you can. Attack every turn there is a monster, period.
