I was so excited to use this card. I used catapult zone to send berserkion to my graveyard but then... I was let down. Apparently you have to "properly" summon magnet warriors before this card can revive them. Wth is with that Konami? Makes this card irrelevant
It doesn't even make sense because valk and berserk say they must be special summoned a certain way. So magnet reverse should either not work for them at all, or should be able to special summon them regardless of how they got to the gy. It's just pure 🔥ery to make us jump through hoops
The "Nomi must be summoned properly first" ruling has existed for more than 10 years. I assume Konami created that ruling a long time ago because way back then Nomi monsters tend to be super strong bosses with powerful effects (at that time anyway), so being able to easily summoning them by tossing them into the Graveyard and then revive them, would have been too OP back then.
Nowadays though.....yeah that ruling needs a bit of revision.
Especially when the revival card specifically says it ignores the summoning condition. If it ignores summoning condition then it shouldn't have cared about whether the monster is already summoned properly or not......
Instead of changing Nomi rules which is already a right rules on its own, releasing new support is much better option. Why not release a card similar to Neos Fusion for Magnet?
i think it means that you can only use it after you activate valky or berserk's effect and then once it goes to the graveyard, then you can use magnet reverse
