use Horus lv.8 is a lot easier than Dark paladin cuz you dont have to worry about discard.
and there is no need for anti-magic arrow, just use 1Trap jammer is good enough
Dunno about Horus but when using Trap Jammer you'd need 2 to prevent the worst case that it bottom deck while anti-magic arrow can bottom deck no problem; unless you are certain you can prevent that (multiple Seer and Good Goblin for instance; I once got both Seer and TJ bottom deck together, farming ruined)

Just try Horus lv 8 deck its way better. Didn't check Bastion decklist. Still won. I didn't know he have two Magical Cylinder and I dont have Magical Arrow in my deck.
Using those UR cards is completely unnecessary. I find using skillless Unhappy Girl to be much easier, in fact. Gate Guardian also is do-able, but I prefer the Unhappy Girl skillless.
Trap jammer might not work because it could be your last draw and or he might activate his second counter trap card..... adding 2 trap jammers instead of one magical arrows card wont work well.
