I have only wished to illustrate a common problem, not argue about it.
2) On the XY problem (post), I believe it was my mistake not to explain it further. Here, we were given a problem that an "angered anon" have angrily stated (other users have also noticed this too), that the said anon keep seeing REBD decks even though he does NOT like it, so he has no choice! I translated this to..
(x-problem): "Out of "n" number of cards, why do I see the same decks even though I don't like it?" Pleae understand this critical STARTING POINT.
3) Thus, my succeeding statements were situated to the above problem, nothing more, nothing less. After I have posted my version of XY problem scenario, I followed with a subsequent post that I am recognizing and acknowledging the "...merits and
inevitability of the meta" (quoted). This is to show that nowhere did I claim to have an anti-meta or meta 2 inclination.
4) I have further addressed my intention to explicitly show who was the target of my earlier statements - "...NOT THE META ITSELF, BUT THE NORMAL THINKERS WHO TRIES TO FOLLOW THE SAME ROUTE". (quoted)
5) The XY problem scenario has some "stereotypical elements", nevertheless,
decks. The curiosity has its merits, of course. Here, I used Naturia as an example, because of its lesser variance among players. When the original problem was to address the issue of the user not liking those repeating decks, his fragile and brittle "thought processes" or "will", made him copy the decks instead. The X-problem was dissed in favor of new goals such as KoG goals.
b) "Advanced User" - Here, the user addresses the same X-problem of the Normal user, but instead of merely investigating and copying decks thereafter, this user has taken into consideration if he will like it. Or how his earlier aversion to repeating decks be used in his own advantage. This is noticeably one step above. I used the REBD deck as an example, since it has to illustrate an allowance of
Will you still insist (aside) that I am discouraging or not discouraging the meta? I believe you yourself can answer that already given the critical points I have given above.
There are 3 ways regarding meta abuse currently. 1. Ignore it like it isn't an issue. 2. Discourage meta users and educate them. 3. Encouraging creation of new decks than current meta. Some of the guys choose path 2, which is understood and will help in the long run.
What? I was agreeing with you. A truly skilled duelist will be able to get just as much value out of Mushroom Man as Raigeki! It's all about how you use the cards!
