I wont give a 🔥 above yugioh balance because it has never been.
But XYZ and Pendulum anime are just not interesting compare to the 1st 3.
The 1st series is the best in term of story, of you read the manga it have more than just children card game.
I feel sad for ppl who watch anime just to see those bad duel that anyone could do better and not the story.
so many people saying that the new anime or new gameplay or cards is 🔥 or not good as the old Gen of YUGIOH..

Cause its not the same old plain tribute, ritual and fusion. NEW YGO anime is better than DM btw. if you old guys cant accept change 🔥 off! we are the new gen.
i bet you guys hates the new anime because of their child protagonist and not musculine as the old protagonist.but its not that..
i grew up watching DM as a child 2004 i guess? and i watch it again today(2016-2017) the mechanics is not good as SYNCHRO,XYZ, PENDULUM and even the new VRAINS-LInks. its so boring that the story is the only good thing about it but game play.. too much opness for yugi
tO be honest, my fav seasons have to be the first season and the arc v season, because both stories were amzing, S1 focused on friendship and arc v was interesting cause all previous character were involved in a unique way, and the last season we cannot judge yet too early.But to be honest I prefer the old style cause I think its more fun and now duels are becoming much more faster.
Here to add on to this 🔥storm, if it was all Gen 1, then the power curve would revolve around few cards, and there'd be very few decks that would keep up meta-wise. Most cards released in Gen 1 are unplayable in pretty much any situation, with a few exceptions that completely dominate. Would be even more mindless deckbuilding than we have now.
I'm watching the Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's nowadays and I can say that it have a great storyline and awesome characters. I didn't like Gx so much but 5D's it's very good.
