Karma cut will go to 2, but this is common to every deck, you just need to add a couple of raigeki
Be is just not consistent it can lose the game before it starts to any unga bunga deck by just bricking badly which is bad because from legend 5 to kog u need 5 win streak
I support Komoney dirty practices and have nothing against if they hit a not very strong tier 3 deck just because it is popular. More people should be screwed. And I hope after all the bans (starting with Sylvans, Fur hire, Amazoness, Crystrons, Dark magician and etc) you have nothing left to play and free resources to make a new deck. Only players with a money should stay
You support their dirty practices? Oh how I wish you get into a car crash and die with the most painful death possible for that kind of idea supporting a greedy company.
The tier list are made by player, not konami itself. They ban cards according to card popularity and the upcoming support release schedule. If the card would receive further support at near time then they won't limit it.
