Agree with OP, if they want to change the whole meta to promote XYZ cards they need to nerf every single top tier deck. Nerfing Shiranui will not help much. Karakuri, Crystron, Invoker must be nerfed heavily.

Citree, Scrap Recycler, Ametrix, and Thystvern.

That way the deck has 5 important and semi-important cards on limited 2, pretty much killing the deck.
