haha i think those cards would never release in DL, imagine "the salt" from your oppenents, when they have 2 monsters and you get that both of shadow toon and comic hand in your hand. lol
Watch the anime pegasus vs kaiba and look at normal toon worlds effect it's similar to toon kingdom but toon kingdom is pricey because of the amazing efeect
