Mirage of Nightmare was the one Forbidden in OCG and TCG. Judai often combo this card with Mirage of Nightmare, so I assume that's where your confusion came from.
The "high-level tournaments" thing Psycho mentioned is somewhat accurate, to an extent. Worlds excludes a lot of splashable LP gain/burn cards to stop cheap wins in time. I don't think any other tournaments do. They certainly don't in the TCG.
