Haha I laughed for 20 min when I saw this I've started over many times and I've been able to get all but three cards for a complete deck with just my starting gems this was pre band
the other day I just watched some pack opening in youtube and the dude got Miracle Fusion in the 3rd pack of the box. So yeah, 13k gems for 2 resets is pretty much possible.
Not all of us are so lucky. Try having the cards you want in the last ten packs of almost every box you open, including some resets. So please stop rubbing it in with these kinds of comments.
Clash of wings is a 80 packs mini box. You need ONE blad from each box. Even if you had to dig every single box, you'd spend 4k on each box before resetting, 12k on all three. That's not going to happen, all you need is one SR from each box. It's a deck to kog with you easily. And no, bewd is not that cheap, it's much more expensive.

Blue-Eyes is definitely more expensive Fur Hire: just three copies of Silver's Cry alone will cost you 13,575 Gems on average.
