Oh good to know! I was thinking that all these time I used Mai to duel Bakura for Harpie's Hunting Ground is a futility lol.

lvl 40 bakura does drop skills. after farming tea/weevel/odion and taking 4 days to get draw sense destiny i received another draw sense destiny that was converted to 15 gems

can confirm skills are dropped had 3 from him now, just need to be lucky I guess

Yup, dueling a LD event (such Bakura) have a chance to get Drop Skill.
