Even unlimited Swordsman with perfect starting hand and perfect play loses very hard to subpar Shiranui, Invoker and DM meta decks.
The only difference is that Swordsman allows you to look frightening while not making any difference.

Why is she limited again?

she can be an issue even outside stall burn decks, that's why she got hit.
