CA (cyberangel) deck is still way too strong. The machine angel ritual limit to 1x is not enough. In the kaiba cup (17+) and in legend rank, you see CA mindscan about 70% of the time or so. You lose in the first couple of turns if you dont have a perfect opening hand for an econ (so that they dont use dakini's efect)/floodgate + enough recover cards. I say recover cards, as forcing you to use these resources (econ/floodgate/monster) if they can do another summon afterwards can cost you the game too. Thats completely silly. Even if you have a great opening hand, it buys you time. Its not necessarily game turned around. The effects and pressure of CA is too high for the 4k life format. It needs further nerfing to balance it out.
