Well yes, there are a lot of f2p decks too wich are capable of KoG and i like this fact about the game. Ofc the game has flaws too, but atleast everyone has a chance for the max rank.
I just checked the consistency of Subterrors in pvp, they are a decent rogue deck that can easily achieve streaks. Bricking, Necrovalley, and Blue Eyes are a bit troublesome to deal with but they aren't common.
