The 3SD version is more OTK-happy and does better against stuff like Ninja. However, this version of the deck is control-heavy so it works better on the long run/against grind heavy decks like Weevil Burn or Destiny Draw Golem.
3sd hazy weakness is lack protection and low att. If you didn't manage to otk opponent asap, you will likely lose if you face deck with more than 2k att monster i.e ag, ninja, dino etc. Plus if you want to beat ninja or high att monster you need to have beast rising as early as possible and that doesn't happen to often.
