It's safe to attack with RESD, since even if it got destroyed, you can just summon a Buster Blader at the end of the turn. Don't attack with other monsters.
If you Get DP out early, there is no physical way for Chazz to get lvl10 on the field. Lvl10 cannot be normal summoned, and because of all the drags, DP is too powerful to be destroyed by lvl5 and lvl7. All you gotta do is negate LvlUP (which sends his armed drag to the GY regardless, so he wont leave lvl7 faceup on the field) and Lightning Vortex, and you're gucci
