If you want to use 'tether of defeat' skill, I suggest you combo it with mefist the infernal general. There's several youtubers who posted how to use this deck, try to build it. Or you can also build doomsday horror deck combo with skull lair. You can find the deck in best deck forum or on youtube. It's a very fun and effective deck to play.
If you want to build something original, I suggest you put in some fiend monsters, since your deck will be revolved around necrofear. Keep your deck 'around' 20 cards. You have too many cards right now and little synergy. Figure out what spells/traps works with your deck.
As for what to remove, here are the list: blue dragon summoner, pyro guy, fox, the 5th monster, magnet warrior, panda, ninja, axe raider, and neo the magical swordman. Try add more whiptail crow, man eater treasure chest, and other fiends. (Try get diskblade rider, beast of talwar, summoned skull). Remove stop defense+attack, blast by the tribute, apophis. Try to get at least 1 econ and windstorm.
I forgot that since you must already have winged minion, you might as well add it to your deck. Mirror wall is optional, but it is good for any kind of deck so if you want to add it then it will become very useful for you. Hope I will be able to duel against you some day. Good luck :)
