Either you made one of the worst jokes that I have ever seen, or you are actually dumb enough to think he was talking about a Set Skill and not the skill of a player. Either way, that was pathetic.
That's not true. Anyone can use this but not anyone can reach legend. Just because the deck is good doesn't mean it can carry you to legend or kog. Many people think they use meta decks so they can easily win the game but the truth is, you need to know how to use the deck properly. Don't get carried away and play brainlessly. There are some people who reached kog with this deck but some didn't.
