It's good, yes, but i don't think it's able to reach kog with the current meta. It's bound to become competitive again once more support and gravekeeper cards are released. I don't think you should trade those tickets for the chief, though, as Ishizu is one of the easiest duelists to farm. Trade them for something that has use in more than one deck, such as the control or champion's vigilance
Before you worry about GK decks, I urgently need to point out first that your grammar is still NOT competitive enough. Before you plan anything as well, consider trading your phone or your DL account to get some extra money, then proceed to learn grammar better. This will surely keep you more competitive than those craps you are blabbering above.
This deck has plenty of potential to go against every other deck(EXCEPT FUR HIRE??!!) and its capabilities are great, but the fact remains that all rogue decks require more skill and research to play against Konami's choice of meta game(which usually is OP for rich players). However, if you truly understand the core of the deck, you might develop the skill to KOG here.
