Depends on if we get a 5D's pack before we get 5D's world or not.
Realistically, we should have gotten Tuners long ago. There's no reason we shouldn't have cards like Mist Valley Soldier, Jurrac Monoloph and Dragon Buster Destruction Sword at this point.
I could see it going one of three ways. We get a pack with probably over a dozen Tuners including basic stuff like Flamvell Guard, Magna Drago and Jutte Fighter, probably anchored by something like Fableds or Dragunity, we get a few cards added to EXISTING duelists like White Stone of Legend to Kaiba, or we get 5D's world first, and thus probably like 20+ Tuners at once through LD's.
I'd expect Junk Synchron to be SR personally. Most of his other Tuners'd be R. Debris Dragon and Effect Veiler will probably be SR or UR in a box, Unknown Synchron could easily be SR and they might make Bri Synchron or Hyper Synchron a bad SR early on (either a drop, or the first box containing 5D's stuff).
