Do BBTDDS negates the effect of Yubel, Terror Incarnate's effect on destroying all the monsters at the end phase? Or that effect is considered as continuous?
Yes it does assuming you change their monsters into dragon type with DNA surgery as the combo negates the effects of all dragon monsters your opponent has while they are on the field face up.
