I've seen the Congratulations for one or two dozen times now on completing master. Still not a single Salamander drop from the lottery. True RNG will mean a few of the millions of people who play this game will never see that drop. Can Konami at least give weights to the RNG until you have 3 of every card??

20K coins and like 4 copies of everything except Unity and Salamander

I mean 🔥, it is UR after all right? You have three statistics you have to beat in order to get Salamander. First one is the rarity of getting a UR pack. The second is the probability of a UR being in that pack. The third is a chance of it being one or the other URs in the pack. If they give weights to RNG only after 3 copies of each card has been gathered, that defeats the purpose of rarity.
