it would be nuts if they implement something like "Real Time Duel" when every second is both player's turn.

this is a crazy idea, indeed. but it would be fun see a burn-focused character dealing a dps burn (maybe to both players?), something like 10/s (1000/100s), like playing in a fire arena. pays off the nerf on burn cards.
