Red-Eyes Slash Dragon Effect doesn't work when Donpa is targetting it. FIX IT Please. Lost so much battle even if it clearly mention "Target" in both card's description!

I can only assume you do not control any Equip card. Perhaps you have one in hand and thought it counts. Well, "control" always refers to the field.

Common problem is maybe like this: a fur is summoned -> donpa skill activates and target slash -> trigger wiz skill to gain LP ... and cause it's already chain 2 the time for slash skill to trigger and negate is missed, even if it have a equip. It happened to me a lot

Wiz is chain is an example... my point is: if another skill chains after targetting slash, then the timing will be missed.
