Not a counter... u chain it to destroy a card... maybe if theres no cards in your opponent's field, then youre gonna self destruct your own card

Knowing that almost everyone in PVP runs Econ and OTC (through vanilla monsters)... This card is powerful.. Destroying a card is powerful.

It work on OTC. OTC remove and 🔥 monster after the card is resolve. If monster for tribute die first, OTC won't work.

For OTC and SRH, you can destroy their monster, making the card useless.
