Can the newbies really finish this tower up to floor 30? I have a balance REBD and I think the difficulty curve steeps up on floors 27-28. I'm just wondering, are the newbies enjoying this event? Did they already make it up to floor 20 with decent non-UR pack decks? I believe this is a bit of inconsideration from Konami's side.
Btw, same anon above. I think beatsick gaming, or econ shenanigane won't work at last few floors. I am unexpectedly surprised that most of the time, my victories are brought by activating any of this cards, turn AFTER turn: Champion's Vigilance, Ultimate Providence, Divine Wrath, and Tribute to the Doomed. It's somewhat SCARY that newbies or casual players have to undergo this kind of difficulty.
I've gotten to third character on the twenty-third floor, but I've not been able to pass it. Starts with every card it needs every time for a quick two turn kill.
Not really enjoying it. Going to start completing earlier missions, get all the box cards, and then give up.
I got to 21 with an auto duel fire deck. This contains some URs and SRs but I think if you build a Rex deck with dinos and some safety options (econs, Windstorm, Metalmorph) and some equip spells (That Horn card from the kingdom is great) you should be able to stomp them all. Especially considering they only start to have decent decks at around 21 (first phoenix I think).
