So, how do you perfom a lvl 11 synchro in this deck exactly?

Use Dakki (lv 2) and Yoko (lv 9) as synchro materials

You don't the level 11 card isn't being released because it mentions link summoning

In theory you could use Yoko to summon star eater but dakki locks you into mayo cards so you have to wait a turn

The only level 11 synchro is star eater in duel links I think, which is not good to use.

Star Eater is good, the only problem is that it does not synergize that well with Mayakashi.

You won't be able to summon Star eater because Mayakashi effect prevents you to summon monsters from Extra Deck other Makashi until your next turn

I would rather make SunSaga than Star Eater. SunSaga can return all your Synchro Monsters to the extra deck and wipe the opponent's field.
