Cosmic cyclones are always bad in a vampire deck that depends on LP to combo vampires Domain is mainly used to get another summon than restoring LP and the skills the deck uses don't need a LP threshold to trigger which CC is often used for switch to galaxy or night beam if possible eventhough they lack the quickspell ability
Actually, you can drop the trunade and econ in the recommended post-banlist deck here and just add 2 cosmic cyclones. It procs the skill and better mitigates spells.
