I heard that the 1 gem thing might possibly be a mistake. Someone on reddit went on twitter about it, and then what looked like Konami replied to them saying that they did not know about the issue and that they would look into it. I don't know how true all of this is or if anything will change, though.

They removed(nerfed) it, not a bug. Do you believe, that 3 gem reward steps(5/10/25) just got 'bugged' to 1 gem only?
When you know Konami's fb account, you can (easily) view the posts/responds on it to check if there is such a message.

Don't get me wrong, I 100% hope that it's a BUG, but how you can mess up 3 table positions so badly(removing 2 and changing 1 in value or replace all 3 with 1)...

That was just excuse. I know they nerf it. In the 1st DI event, I got like 800 gems. This event is good to farm gems because you can auto duel all the way with a simple beatdown deck. You don't have to farm, you don't have to play with stupid AI partner. But 1 gem is 🔥ing. And mathematically, 5-10-15 gems, that's 3 reward slot, so the probability to get gems is more than 1 slot 1 gem

I had a screenshot with the message, but it looks like it got buried. I don't know anything about a gem movement or the youtube people. I just thought that people might be happy if they knew that this might be a mistake. But instead, the fighting only got worse...

Anyways they will definitely apologize and say it was a mistake eventually or whoever did this blame it on them and fire them but ONLY because of the backlash so im glad people actually fighting for their rights for a change!

Obviously it's just an error. I'd be worried if that "error" was planned tough, then it means Konami has a traitor among them.
