Cyber Dragon decks have proved that they can consistently win games with only one copy of the original CD. Heck, some don´t even have any. If you want another easy copy anyway, wait until they release Xyz monsters. I bet one of the structure decks will be a CD one, since they got Xyz support down the line.

You can get right now Cyber Dragon through three methods:
-Cybernetic Rebellion: You get 1 Cyber Dragon per reset.
-Selection Box: You get one per box reset (alternative artwork).
-UR Dream ticket: But I wouldn't waste a ticket on Cyber Dragon.

Well, you can use your Dream Tickets for it. But you better might trade them for some staple spells/traps.
