Everything About Skill Drops

I understand skills drop from chests. Is it totally random or legendary duelists only? If so, only from the gate, only ones that spawn or both? Does duel score affect skill drop chance? How about opponent's level? Do different opponents drop different skills or can I just try to farm lvl10 Yugi all the time?

Legendary duelist only. Both from gate and spawn. Duel score affects the probability, but sometimes RNG sucks so yeah. Opponent level don't seem to matter as I drop skills from LV10 as much as LV40. Every opponent have the same probability to drop every skill your character can learn.
