Game Crashed During Purchase of Card Pack Opening

I was wondering how I could get the rest of my packs and the guaranteed S card. Where can I go for Customer support?
I have check my purchase history and card deck sorted by newest and I do not have them.

I'm having the same problem. I just payed for 3 packs and a guaranteed UR but the game crashed and it didn't give me the cards.

If you crashed during a pack opening, then you still got the cards. Go to your card inventory and sort "newest", you'll see the cards you got.
