Why can't I upgrade to prismatic in the Card Trader?

I can upgrade to glossy just fine but nothing shows up in the prismatic menu. I have more than enough of the resources needed (jewels, gold, etc.) so why aren't there any prismatic options? Anyone else have this problem?

you can only upgrade cards you brought at the Card Trader.

You need to upgrade cards to glossy before you can make them prismatic.

UR or SR only and you need the glossy copies of the ones you want to upgrade to prismatic

Keep in mind, that you can only upgrade SR and UR to prismatic. N and R not.
