I know this works from personal experience. Go to the app. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner. Click on "contact us". Click on "submit player data recovery inquiry". Read the important notes page. Continue to give them the information they need. If you are unsure about anything write something like "I don't remember" or "I'm not sure, but I think it was...". You will receive an automatic response first them you'll receive a mail from support. Reply to the mail from support with as much relevant information as possible. If you have a recipe(s) from previous purchase, then remember to write the information they may need from the recipe(s) after that wait some time and go into the app if you are not on your old profile, wait some time and try again. Should work relatively fast.
