Duel link not loading

Duel link doesn't fully load the backgrounds sometimes and can't do the event It just shows white screen

The Same on my phone samsung A10. When I off my phone and on it again, I open the app but it was not functioninh. Just showing a white screen. I look to my settings to possible problems but it still the same every time I re install it.

Its not our phones thats the issue. There is something wrong with the game on konami side. Please fix ASAP.
