I farmed 2 archfiend emperors almost had 3 then deleted app. Was never able to get back account and havnt played since

I also lost my account. I deleted the app thinking all my deta would be in a cloud attached to my iOS account because something was wrong with my in game store and I couldn't spend my gems or buy packs. Now just finding out that I should have created a deta transfer but I didn't know. I was at stage 40 and I unlocked a ton of things. I still have my ID number but it seems like I'm at a loss.
