Why can't I use my Blue Eyes White Dragon or any 5 star and above card?
I have 5 star cards and of those are Dark Magician, Blue and Red Eyes dragons as well

Level 5 to lv 6 is to sacrifice 1 7 to 8 is 2 or 3 and divine beasts are 3

You have to tribute a monster of your own:
Lvl 5-6= 1 tribute
Lvl 7-8= 2 tributes
And Divine monsters require 3 tributes.

When you have two monsters on the field, you need to drag Blue Eyes over your field, and it should ask "this monster takes two tributes to summon. Normal summon?" Or something along those lines. Tap yes, select your monsters that need to be tributes (you can only select one monster at a time) and tap confirm. Then, depending on your character selection, an intro might play for the monster. Then, the monster should be summoned.

You need to tribute summon them 5-6 star monster =1 7-8=2
